Testimonials to Ebotse Golf and Country Estate...

FIVO COUTSIDES
As one of the first residents at Ebotse, I’ve seen the Estate grow from a few houses to the neighborhood it is today. Despite the growth, which continues daily, Ebotse still retains the friendly and relaxed atmosphere which I have become accustomed to. This, and the secure environment, makes Ebotse a great place to live and play.

Arriving home to Ebotse gives you the feeling of being at a holiday resort. The tranquility of the lake and golf course setting works wonders to recharge one’s batteries! The kids love it here, especially because of the immaculate facilities, like the park, driving range and tennis courts. The greatest benefit to family life is that parents can spend quality time with their children while getting some “me” time in (hitting a bucket of balls at the driving range). The golf course is truly fantastic! Getting home and playing nine holes, or Saturday golf with friends, family and customers has allowed me to enjoy my home and golf even more. At Ebotse we do many things we never used to do, like walk the dogs and play tennis and squash.

VIV REYNOLDS
Ebotse is like living in another world, very peaceful.
Even though construction is taking place all over, living at Ebotse feels as though you are in the countryside.

In general I will describe our experience since moving to Ebotse some 3 months ago in brief bullet points below:

• Ah the quiet evenings with virtually no external noise and very little traffic
• What beautiful views – especially in the mornings at sunrise
• Fantastic walks with the dogs in the mornings and evenings
• A great feeling of security – my wife walks on her own, with no qualms.
• The friendly security staff who go out of their way to be helpful

PEPS PRETORIUS
Since moving into our home in February 2008, I must admit that our lifestyle has changed a great deal.

Firstly, the secure feeling in and around our home allows us to be relaxed all of the time. We do not have to rush to the nearest window to investigate possible dangers when outside noises are heard – OH! – what outside noises? Also, thank heavens for no barking dogs!

The feeling of community in the estate made our neighbours feel like old friends since the day we met.

Then there is the dam, which creates a holiday resort atmosphere. My grand children enjoy our fishing spot in summer and even my 7 year old grand daughter has caught her share of fish. Our largest Carp was 3,5kgs.

We cannot wait for our trees to be large enough to attract more birdlife. We already have pigeons nesting on one side of our house and some bats on the other side, which are useful in keeping unwanted insects, like mosquitoes, away.

It is also a privilege to have a first class golf course to boast with. All of the staff seem to have just that little bit more of a personal approach to us as residents, which is quite special.
